Hiya, anarchist communist here. Just call me Beemo on here, even if you know me irl, feel free to refer to me as they. Will post political stuff but most of the time trashposts so beware. Let me know if you need anything tagged. Donate if you like as I'm sort of always in the shit with money, no worries though as there's no big emergency right now
Hello everyone. I edited this post after the first 92 notes because several people told me that the link I originally put here didn’t work for them.
My computer is going to die soon so it would be very awesome if you donated money to my PayPal account so I can continue to make art.
I
might make a custom gif or Vine for you if you donate a lot and send me
a private message. I’ll also probably make a gif or Vine and post it on
here once I finally purchase my computer thanking everyone who donated.

Hey everybody, really sorry I just kinda dropped off the face of the planet there, I made a new, more private blog back at the start of February as this one has too many followers and it wasn’t great for keeping not overwhelmed like. Anyhow, I’ll check this blog now and again but won’t be using it basically
Beverley Vaanda Kanjii and her 14 year-old son are currently facing deportation. After being assaulted and forcibly removed from their home in Glasgow by the Home Office Enforcement Team, they will be deported to Namibia on Thursday, 24th of March.
By making a phone blockade, we will urge KLM Royal Dutch airlines, and Heathrow Airport, not to take part in this inhumane and racist action by calling them to not deport Beverly and her son. Invite all of your friends, share, retweet, post and make some noise to free Beverly and her son. If you cannot make the time tomorrow, just call at another time (more details below)!
Beverly, who has lived in the UK since 2013, fled Namibia due to the verbal and physical abuse suffered in Namibia due to her sexuality. She is a survivor of forced marriage, and had no protection from the Namibian state from the violence her and her son were suffering. She and her son are in immediate danger of violence on account of her sexuality if forcibly sent back.
Flight details:
- London Heathrow to Amsterdam 11.45am on KLM Royal Dutch Airlines (flight number 1010)
- Amsterdam to Frankfurt Main 3.35pm on KLM Royal Dutch Airlines (flight number 1771)
- Frankfurt Main to Windhoek, Namibia 8.10pm on Air Namibia (flight number 286)
A phone call/e-mail could look like this:
London Heathrow:
“Hello, I am calling/writing because I am concerned that my friend Beverley Vaanda Kanjii and her 14 year old son are being deported on a KLM Royal Dutch Airlines (flight number 1010), at 11:45am on Thursday 24th of March from London Heathrow. This is being done against their will.
If they are deported they face grave risk to their health and life. This is against their human rights and is immoral.
If the security/staff at London Heathrow choose to not let Beverly and her son get through security/board their flight, they will not be in trouble but they may help save her and her son from great danger. Security/Staff have the power to prevent putting Beverly and her son at risk.
I really urge Security/Staff at London Heathrow to not take part in this inhumane/immoral action and that they realise the urgency/necessity of hindering the deportation of Beverly and her son. Thank you.”

As an airline, you have the power to refuse to fly any passengers. Beverly and her son will be under great distress, and will possibly not be complying to get into the plane.
If the pilot chooses not to fly with Beverly and her son on the plane, the pilot will not be in trouble but they may help save her and her son from great danger. The final call whether a plane flies or not rests with the pilot, they have the power to prevent putting Beverly and her son at risk.
As a company, you do not have to participate in deporting vulnerable people.“

Anonymous asked: hi do you know what happened with beverly? i took part and i shared and reblogged but there hasn't been an update and i'm worried?
Aye sorry about that, meant to post an update yesterday/thursday. Beverley hasn’t been deported. Unsure if she’s coming home to Glasgow yet but can find details for everyone later today (26/03/2016)
There’s only 30 minutes/half an hour left until the phone blockade ends, if you can please participate! You can also email them and message/post on their facebook account

The following is intended as a guideline if you are unsure what to
say when phoning an airline in protest of a forced removal. These
suggestions are simply that – suggestions –and as a concerned individual
you are welcome to say anything you like.
WHEN THE REPRESENTATIVE ANSWERS, YOU CAN SAY:
You are making a complaint
You do not have to say your name (although you can if you wish *), other than that you are a concerned member of the public
Provide the Name, Flight Details and Home Office Reference Number of the person they are trying to remove
You are shocked that this airline would participate in forced removal
YOU ARE ASKING THE AIRLINE:
To refuse to participate in this forced removal and not allow the person to be taken on the flight
To recognise the person is in grave risk of danger (even death) if removed to their country
To make the pilot aware of the removal **
YOU CAN PROVIDE ANY DETAILS OF THE PERSON’S CASE IT FEELS APROPRIATE TO SHARE
Examples may include:
Unity will provide the details of each person’s case on its website whenever an Urgent Action Appeal is made
This person has an open case
This person is not from the country where the flight is going
This person has a family in the UK
IF THE PERSON YOU ARE SPEAKING TO IS BEING DIFFICULT
You can ask to speak to a manager
If they refuse, you can simply hang up and dial again
SOCIAL MEDIA
Tweet or write on the airline’s Facebook page and ask your friends to do the same to create a public relations issue
Airlines, like any other capitalist company, want to create a
positive image of themselves, and drawing attention to their complacency
and participation in this system of forced removal can force them to
act
* People have lots of different ways of expressing themselves in
these situations – some people are very harsh, some prefer to be very
calm. It is important to remember that the airline representatives you
are speaking to are not police and not immigration, and therefore they
can’t “get you into trouble,” as you are just a concerned member of the
public making a complaint.
** Pilots have the discretionary power to take people off their
flights. If Unity is doing an Urgent Action Appeal for someone it is
likely we will brief them about trying to catch the attention of the
public or the pilot when on the plane. If the pilot can already be aware
that there is a person being removed and, crucially, there is public
awareness of this, they may be more likely to act.
